With a heart for mentorship and a passion for leadership, he encourages those he coaches to not only achieve on the field but to live with purpose off the field. His approach is rooted in the belief that growth is both a personal and collective journey, where each step matters and every challenge is an opportunity to learn.
Russ's life and work are anchored in scripture: "Be on your guard, stand firm in the faith, act like men and do everything in love." - 1 Corinthians 16:13-14.
